When I start typing in word 2007, 1 character will appear on the screen and wait 10 seconds before displaying what I just typed. It took me 1 hour to create a document that would only take a couple of minutes in word 2003.
From what I read on the internet, this is a common problem with no common solution. I have tried many things but still no solution. It is driving me crazy. I would appreciate some help. Thanks.

i have Office 2007 and they fly like a butterfly!
maybe we could start with your PC config, hd space, OS you are using, and patches you have installed (if any). most common problems for things like this are related to hard disks activity or malwares.
