Kaspersky is quite good. It ranks amoungst the best. Off and on people have reported about minor problems - but which program does not have that. Recently there was also a lot of positive feedback about Nod32 from Eset. They all have a 30 or 60 day trial version so you can try whether they are compatible with your installation.

Kaspersky and NOD32 are probably the best commercial AV programs available. Some of the more popular (McAfee, Norton) have better remote management capability for corporations but they lack in malware detection. The best free AV program has to be Avast in my book.
