apparently i updated my itunes to the latest itunes9 thinking it will have more advanced features. when i sync my itunes with my ipod, the album artwork in my ipod are gone and some album art are misplaced to other albums...my ipod is an 6th gen ipod classic and i use windows vista if that helps
