I'm having troubles when I archive my emails in a pst, everytime i choose a date for archiving, after it finish i still have mails olders than the said date.
Normally they are very few and I move them manually, but it becomes hard when the users in my job experiences the same problem and I have to archive their mail one by one.
Anyone know a sollution?
The first thing that leaps to mind is that the emails in question have been modified since they were received - this isn't in the default view, but it is available if you look through the field chooser and it is one of the first things that Auto-archive checks when doing its thing.
There is also a 'do not archive' flag that can be set by users if they have the field showing.
