Oh, and I thought you were trying to burn the Windows7 ISO. What filetype are your video files - RAW? You can probably slim them down using .mp4, .wmv or .flv.I think the quality is more a question of the converter program than the filetype. I have made conversions of the same files with different programs and got very different results. But ScottW probably knows best. I am just a video amateur. LOL
PS: I got the best conversion results with Free Video Converter from Extensoft (sorry can't post the link. My W7 in my virtual partition which I am using right now is still a little "underequipped") But this converter you have to populate with codecs. I use the full K-Lite (but please don't tell ScottW. He will kill me - LOL).
