I run usually Ccleaner very often in a day. Today, I tested the junk files cleaner of Revo installer.

First, the result of CCleaner.

Then, immediately after the above CC run, I ran Revo cleaner and got this.

This was just the first page. I had 3 more pages of the same firefox files, all of them 0 kb.

How come Ccleaner missed all those firefox 0 kb files?

Many different cleaners find different things. I have learned to trust CCleaner not to mess things up. I want it to free up space. So if it misses 0 byte files it does not free up any more space. Did you actually look at those locations and see if those files actually existed. mIt is also true that immediately after CCleaner runs some files are immediately recreated. Did you run it the opposite way to see what CCleaner picks up after Revo?

BTW: No such file exist on my C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\ directory and I have cleaned nothing for a week or two.

Good idea.

After revo run (over 200 files btw, most of them 0 kb),

Then immediate Cc run.

Guess both of them leave out something ?

Typical, they find different things. A spic and span cleaning is not necessary any way. It's just to reclaim most of the space is it's only purpose.
