(Solved) - Is it allowed?

Hi. A question to HTG mods and management. Is it allowed for a user to 'remove solved status' of any thread that wasn't started by him?
I guess it shouldn't be allowed, or should it be?
I mean, I start a topic, and then mark it as solved. And then someone removes its solved status... Got it?

Hats, Both the Solved and the Report buttons are being misused in a lot of cases.
Probably best to leave it to Moderators to sort out for the moment.
