I have two iPod Video (5th Gen)

One has a bad battery, the other a bad screen.

I found ifixipodsfast/com, but the parts are expensive compared to ones on eBay

580 mAh

650 mAh

900 mAh

What difference does the mAh make, and does it make a difference which one I get?

Also, the screen

Brighter

Should I get the brighter screen?

(I am sorry if this post shows up multiple times, I have posted it twice, but it never appeared)

The larger batteries should have a longer life, typically.

As far as the iPod screen, the brighter the screen is, the less battery life you'd have.

I've never tried to repair an ipod, so I'm not an expert :)

For iPod Repairs, I'd strongly recommend kingipod. Here's a URL: http://www.kingipod.com
