Our 3G iPhones locked up while updating. we restored it and updated to 4.2.1 software. the only thing that came back were the factory apps, our pictures and contacts. All of our other apps are missing, and the email address and password for iTunes is the one we use for another phone. Not for the phone we restored. I need to get the original address and password set back up that was on the phone that locked up and get iTunes to recognize this phone. Can someone out there help me please.
