@Slyrouth: What's the iOS version? Check by going into Settings> General> About> Version. Every iOS version cannot be jailbroken by the same tool, so you need to see what the version is. The search on YouTube for "iPad (X) iOS (Y) jailbreak", where X is the iPad model, and Y is the iOS version. But it's all DIY and none of us takes any responsibility if your iPad is bricked!
