Google 'jailbreak iPad2' , there are quite a few, some free, some not. Some will only work on IOS4x, some on IOS5.

There seems to be jailbreaks of different flavors, which is why I haven't tried it as of yet.

You just muck the phone up and then you come back here.
Buy the right phone to suit your purpose in the first place.

Mike, please be nice :) It's a valid question and some of us can answer it here, so, chillax!!

@Slyrouth: What's the iOS version? Check by going into Settings> General> About> Version. Every iOS version cannot be jailbroken by the same tool, so you need to see what the version is. The search on YouTube for "iPad (X) iOS (Y) jailbreak", where X is the iPad model, and Y is the iOS version. But it's all DIY and none of us takes any responsibility if your iPad is bricked!
