If it is a USB or car lighter charger it should be fine. If a US wall plug charger you will need a transformer.

Yes it will, you will need a Aussie 3 pin to US adapter. The Oz mains is 220 - 230v ac but iPad your charger will be auto switching.

Australia and NZ have a different plug and socket system to the rest of the world;
