I JUST WANTED TO SAY Thank YOU to everyone for their answers concerning IP Addresses and how Face book identifies their users.
To RR Roman: what led me to think that Facebook uses IP addresses is: I thought it was like caller id that we use on Phones, and it was a good way to identify who was using the account, just something I thought the people at Facebook might do. Thank you to all, my question has been answered.
