(Solved) - Invisible Right-Click Menu

Anytime I right click through any program, the context menu disappears. Each option comes back one by one but you have to mouse over it for them to display. How do I fix this?

Have you tried running a sfc scan ?

psychopianist91, I see you are already running Mbam, but MSE is showing orange (out of date)!
Uninstall or disable the desktop image

If this is very recent then do a system restore
