I'm running Windows Vista x 64
My computer was running without problem until yesterday.
Today when I open Internet Explorer 9 appear a box " Your browser has been update".
After that, I was able to open the How to Geek page, but when I click in one link the page does not change the timesearcher is turning and turning for ever but the link does not open.
To send this text I was forced to send it from Safety Modo.
Sure that doing a Restore Point I will fix the problem, but How I'm going to avoid that the Browser Update dont mess up again my computer.
Is there another way to fix this problem?

Set back to a restore point, then set your updates to manual. When the update appears again, "hide" it.
