Internet Explorer Running Very Slow

Within the last week, Internet Explorer has been running very slow. Modem and router have been checked and are working fine. When compter is started under the "Safe Mode with Networking", internet access is great.

I've also running malware, virus scans, etc. in Safe Mode, but system still persists.

What is my problem?

Have you tried reinstalling I.E.?

Also, please post the PC's specifications and OS version for better results.

Also try Internet Explorer (No Add-ons) which you will find in Start->Programs->Accessories->System Tools. If that runs smooth, then go to Tools->Manage Add-ons and disable all but Adobe Flash and Java.
