Hi, can anyone tell me what this is exactly? My Internet connection has been going off and on sporadically throughout the day. Occasionally this internetdaemon.exe pops up. I'm not sure if this is part of my Internet troubles or what to do about. Can anyone help? Thanks.

Do you have a Netgear device. Se if it is found at %PROGRAMFILES%\NETGEAR Genie\bin\InternetDaemon.exe. If so it is part of the Netgear software.

Copy and paste this into your start bar to look for it. include the quotes. If it is not found you do not have it.

"%PROGRAMFILES%\NETGEAR Genie\bin"

You could remove and reload the Netgear software. Actually just remove the Software and reboot to see if things work with just the windows software.
