Hey our computer recently started acting up with the internet sometimes when you get on (and we dont even switch users) the internet is randomly down and we have to run diagnostics on the network adapter and windows resests the LAN network adapter and its fixed any ideas what is going on its not really a problem just annoying thanks for any help in advance

I've had the same problem 3 different times and it has always been on the providers end. It always took 2 or 3 service calls but was finally fixed. Remember that troubleshooting is a process. One time it was a relay 5 blocks from my home(not the first thing one would check). Be patient but persistent.
