This is the case and it's new http://www.newegg.com/Product/.....6811129179
Thanks for confidence warlock. You're too kind. :) :)
Am not that familiar with Card Readers, however a quick search on newegg shows this one may be what ronniesonora is looking for and it will fit into one of his upper case slots without an adapter.
Warlock & Rick, thank you both! I think I'll go with the http://www.newegg.com/Product/.....6820176023 USB 3.0
Just be aware that the reader you chose won't fit into a 3.0 USB MOBO header. You will need an adapter like this

or this.

This is assuming you have an unused 3.0 USB header. Most boards that have USB 3.0 headers have only one, which you would need for the front ports on your case. If you do have only the one USB 3.0 header, since most MOBOs have at least two USB 2.0 headers (you also need one for your front panel), the infamous Plan B would be to get the USB 2.0 reader Rick listed. Plan C would be to abandon the two front panel USB 3.0 ports, get the USB 3.0 reader you chose, and depend on the one USB 3.0 port on the reader.
These two items I use for regular Sandy and Ivy Bridge Builds.

If I were to install a Card Reader, I would use the USB 2.0 on board ports as reader speed is not important.
However I would purchase USB 3.0 Card Reader for future.
