Integrating 2 exchange calendars

I have 2 different exchange email accounts (corporate and divisional group) and use Outlook 2007. It's easy to autoforward mail from one account, but is there a way to share my calendar across both platforms. I'm getting tired of cutting and pasting or having to log in to a different server to check on someone's availability.

There's a ton of outlook sync apps that can do this type of thing... I'm not sure if there's a free one though. Just search for "outlook sync" on google.

Scott might know of one, he seems to be an outlook guy...
