INSTALLING A READY MADE THEME ?

HI GUYS,ON BOTH MY PCS I HAVE CUSTOMIZED MY OWN THEME,COLOURS,FANCY FONTS,ETC,THROUGH DISPLAY - APPEARANCE - ADVANCED,I WOULD LIKE TO DOWNLOAD SOME ALREADY MADE ONES & I CAN`T FIGURE WHERE TO SEND THEM AFTER I UNZIP THEM,PROBABLY SIMPLE,BUT CAN SOMEONE LEND A HAND PLEASE,& IF I LIKE THE COLOURS IN IT,CAN I USE MY OWN DIFFERENT FONTS WITHOUT UPSETTING IT ??????THANK YOU.

i haven`t downloaded any yet,i have been looking around for ones i like,any site suggestions ??????????as you can see by my profile pic,i am a fan of star trek,i think they would be good..

What kind of theme are you looking for? A Visual Style like for the Window borders, taskbar, etc or something to change desktop icons, sounds, etc.
