Hi everyone,
i wan't to install ubuntu on my 16 gb usb so i can access this os only when i want it and on different laptops. I would also like this to be a complete installation accompanied with all the appropriate updates. Btw i own a notebook so i only have usb ( and no cdrom ) available. Can i just do this process with wubi file from my windows 7, by choosing the usb partition?
Thanks a lot

install ubuntu on usb
(4 posts)You Really need a USB 3 Stick,
You have to download pendrive linux, then you can download an iso from there.
Note this will create a live usb just like a linux cd and not an actual os drive as such, but you can still boot from it.
