In need of a programmer to make an app

I'm wondering how I can find a programmer to make an app? I'm an artist and want to make a simple app. I have actually made several apps but they are missing a few things that I don't know how to do. I'd rather be painting than coding. I also don't want to have to sign up for the Apple Developer Program.

Maybe check with some local computer schools that might have students that would help you as a project.

I posted the job on odesk. Now I see that many developers charge pretty high. I'm hoping that I can find someone starting out and trying to get their name out there. My budget is quite low. I am an artist after all =)

Try the school thing. You will probably have to talk to the administration.
