Hello,
I have recently encountered a virus that crashes my computer lately.
some BSOD messages are : 0xc0000428 <--- a boot error
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL <----?
PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA <-----?
HELP!!!
Windows 7 x64
I tried recovery disks but they do not work (the virus keeps the system from accessing a file (\windows\system32\boot\winload.exe))
THANK YOU FOR ALL THE HELP!!!

This is a nasty one, but most likely not malware. Here are a few possible solutions. Have a look whether they fit your case: http://search.microsoft.com/Re.....7&y=17

PS: It is most likely some faulty driver

Ummm... I got an error that my processor type is not supported even though I have a 64bit processor and downloaded the 64 bit version. ALSO, having failure at installing programs (anti-virus, patching a fps game, using almost anything, it comes up with an unknown error) some more info, I HAVE ALOT boot failures, i hav 2 first choose repair my computer in the list, which opens up a progress bar (windows is loading files) and then i can choose start my computer normally, but sometimes it has an "unknown hard error" ntdll32.sys (i think thats the name) and i hav to pwr turn off, anyways thanks for your help.
