I'm trying to sync my friend's ipod with my itunes.

Her ipod touch somehow got disabled to 22,194,221 minutes. I have her code and i'm trying to sync hers to my itunes for her birthday. I restored it completely and it still won't go back to it's factory settings or show up on my itunes...HELP!
