Further to my earlier post when I thought I had it licked......

Using Google or Bing now and search for anything at all results in "Program has stopped responding. A problem with Internet Explorer caused this page to close and reopen the tab"
I can go anywhere using favourites or phsically typing addresses but cannot search......

Oh the humanity......
