I use IE Tab lite, for what it's worth,

Did someone say "extensions you can't live without"?

IE Tab, goes without saying
NoScript (blocks those unwanted pop-ups and other nasties)
Adblock+ (blocks anything else, mainly useful for banner adds)
Download Statusbar (because the extra download window in unnecessary)

They are all in the top 10 downloaded so I expect you all have them.
