I rename the file UxTheme.dll and i cut its backup file. then when i restart...

I rename the file UxTheme.dll and i cut its backup file. then when i restart my PC my computer crash because its cannot locate the .dll what would i do to turn it back again. pls help....
bec. when i open my pc its olways a black screen.

How To: Start A Windows OS Based Computer In Safe Mode...
Choose "Safe Mode with command prompt".
Open command prompt.
Type "SFC /scannow" without the quotes and press <ENTER>.

Running this command will repair any/all damaged or missing windows system files.
