HELP!!!!

I just bought a Dell Inspiron N7110 at a pawn shop without verifying that the user account passwords were removed and discovered that unfortunately the accounts are password protected. I have tried to do a factory reset via the F8 function but am unable to do so without providing a password.

If possible, I would like to remove the passwords first to see what is on the hard drive before doing a factory reset, but if that is not possible, then I need a way to perform a factory reset on the laptop with no recovery disc.

Download an official Windows 7 SP1 .ios from here and burn it to DVD. Then install with that DVD and activate the system with the key on the COA sticker that is on the bottom of the PC.
