i need help

when i try to open on my computer, my documents , my pictures anything at all except internet explorer my desktop goes blank everything disappears you can only see the background

ya this happens to my brothers pc sometimes too but i'm not really sure how to fix it i've been trying for a while but kinda gave up on it so if anyone could help me to that would be great

i think it has something to do with your pc being overloaded sometimes but not really sure

jack, what do you mean by "overloaded"? It's very unlikely when you just want to open a folder. There must be another problem. Maybe the poster has more info so that we can diagnose the problem.

no what happened on my brothers is that when he was using a lot of apps at the same time this would happen so that is what i meant by overloading not sure if he has the same problem but by what is stated it seems pretty close.
