It basically comes down to a site that is called "Alive not Dead"
google "<oIIIIIIIII{" and look down about 8

I'm not sure what you were trying to post but I know the bbPress software on this forum has a few parsing bugs that cause bad things to happen. Like using backticks for code will actually cause the code to be erased and not displayed.
