i have lost it according to speed fan i did have 4 now it only shows 2 cores ?

this is my pc Zotac ZBOXSD-ID12-B ZBOX Mini Barebones PC Dual Core

as all seams well do i need it

It is usually turned off and on in the BIOS.

i have not found my way into the bios yet,

i can get in but not to where i need to be as i want to change the fan speed

when i get in i will look at that setting
