Hi,
anybody who could help me with this?...everytime I open my IE, my homepage always goes to this site (http://www.114116.info/).....thanks in advance....

Go to Tools (top right) > Internet Options > click "Use blank" > Apply > OK

hi, thanks, but this always come back after I reboot my system...also for new tab, this also the become defaulth homepage.....

to Rick P, yes I have Symantec security and the firewall is on....

The most likely reason should be a Browser hijack either by an Adware or Malware. You may even try to scan with Malwarebytes.

Also try to reset IE browser from Control Panel.

1. Close all IE windows
2. Go to Control Panel > View by large icons > Internet options > Advanced Tab > Reset > OK.

If the above steps fail, try with Firefox browser.
