I am using Outlook Express on a Win2K system and receiving HTG newsletters, and would like to continue receiving them, but I am getting security alerts for the certificate despite installing certificates 6 times in the last month when your email triggered the warning.

Installing the certificate only seems to work until the next newsletter arrives.

ebob2k,

Outlook express support has expired as far as I can see. Windows Live is one alternative:

Or use a 3rd party email client such as this; http://www.mozilla.org/en-GB/thunderbird/features/

Thanks for the options, Mike. However....
Since OE works on my Win2K system, I'm not forced to migrate to Live Mail or another mail app that might still give the same Certificate error message when selecting or opening those messages from HTG and a few other senders.

This problem seemed to start about 6 months ago with my last reinstall of Win2K, so I looked through Win2K and OE for security options that were possibly checked and causing the problem.

I didn't, however, find any check box that eliminated the Certificate warning (which I also saw when selecting a few other senders' emails).

When problems like this appear, I prefer to fix them rather than move on to another way of doing things.
