I have the following when I click on IE9. "HP Spport Assistant has stopping working. A problem caused the problem to stopped working correctly. Window will close the problem and notifiy if a solution is available."

Try uninstalling your support assistant and reinstall from here.

Or leave it uninstalled unless you are actually using it.
