hp printer 2610 all-in-one

I can't get my printer to print a page off any downloaded file.It will however print off notepad. I have uninstalled the printer and reinstalled it with the factory install CD but the problem remains.It has all current updates. The ink cartridges are fine. It just started having this problem. Any suggestions?

Hi mensamex, welcome to HTG. Will the printer print normal web pages? When you say downloaded file, what exactly do you mean, a downloaded .pdf file? PDF´s are sometimes free to read but are protected against printing for copyright reasons!! Matt
