How to: transfer iPod music to Computer

ITunes does not support transfering data from iPod to Computer, However, sometimes you gonna need this function, so here I would like to recommend a page that describe how to transfer data from iPod to Computer.

Is it possible to download music from Amazon or any of a number of other sites, and be able to add the song to an mp3 player and also copy to a cd to play in cd player?

Not sure if I worded that correctly, Do I have to pay for a song two times in order to play it on my mps and copy to cd to play in my car.

I know new cars have radio systems with mp3 storage, but I do not.
