currently, it's either open them all or none. How can I view the whole list of last browsing sessions and selectivly open some of them?

Hello leonbnu, and welcome to HTG community. About your question, you can view the hole list of browsing sessions in IE8, by pressing CTRL+Shift+H then you can expand the browsing history as seen in the picture.
