How to restore dell laptop latitude to factory settings without a disc

I am having problems with flash and have now decided to re start the computer all again how do you restore to factory settings without a disc and when you do restore it back does it delete drivers etc

lottynorton, the problem is with Chrome, the Browser, not the Operating system.

Also, reinstalling the whole system to factory is thus unnecessary.

Please keep to your original topic and follow the advice given there
