How to record CD from downloaded Drivers

I need to download drivers and BIOS,but I do not know how to record or copy to CD, So I can install a motherboard,that I been having problems with,I tried installing windows xp sp-2, and also Ubuntu 7.04 Thanxs.

Do you have a CD writer? Also what OS are you going to use to burn the CD?

Yes, I do have a DVDRW, and I will be using Ubuntu 7.04(I hope it will do the job)I need the drivers,etc. for another computer.One last doubt..? Is it O.K. to download via Dial-up? Thank You.

yeah it is ok to download using dial up but will be really slow
