how to protect my privacy from my internet provider manager

please can somebody help me how can i be protected when im online.because the man that provides the internet can see everything that im doing in the web.please help me.i want my privacy back.is there any software that i can use.please help me.my regards.nikolaus

There is no privacy on the Internet.
If some entity wants to monitor your personal traffic bad enough, they can do in many different ways.
