how to play this video format??

I have a video with .rmvb format. I am unable to play it in windows media player 12. I also tried playing it in vlc 1.0.2, but the video plays in slow motion.... help.

That is a Real Video format. Use real player or real alternative. You find both here: http://filehippo.com/

In VLC, right click on the screen when it's playing, and click Playback > Faster.

Real Media Variable Bitrate....

Use some media player that plays this format. I have MPlayer and Real Alternative.
