This is the "Roaming" folder. But in Win7 there seems to be no way to get at it to make a shortcut. That is strange. In Vista that is easy.

In Vista, you put %appdata% into start/search, hit Enter, go to the Roaming folder in the left pane, send to desktop, drag the shortcut from the desktop into the Vista orb and drop it. Voila.
Not sure what that's good for, but at least it works. In Win7, I can't find the Roaming folder.

Aha, now I know why I could not find the Roaming folder in Win7. It is hidden. Once you unhide it, it is the same procedure as in Vista. The thing kept bothering me.
