In my Outlook 2007 e-mail client, only To and Cc are available.

To enable Bcc, I have to go To/select contact/Bcc/ok. How do I enable Bcc permanently ?

In a new email go to file > Options > customize ribbon > (in popular commands on left side) click BCC to highlight > Click Add (hopefully You will not need to add a Custom Group here) . If a default cannot be set, this should add a Show BCC button on the ribbon every time you need it......
