I am Administrator running Windows 7. I am now trying to load Quicken 2010. I get a message error 1303 saying I need to to obtain permission and be allowed access to do this. What's going on? I am the sole user of MY computer and it's telling me I have to get permission to do things. Somehow I thought being Administrator handled that. Silly me. Any helpful tips would be welcome.
