how to get free Office 2010 Language Interface Pack for Portuguese

hi,
Last question I asked on this site was very helpful and I noted then.

Have another issue I have been trying to resolve for a while and not sure if possible.

how to get in Microsoft outlook free Language Interface Pack for Portuguese?

Using Office 2010, windows 7

Im not sure if this is what you want but

click Start, All Programs, Microsoft Office, and then point to Microsoft Office Tools.

Language Settings.

I tried but it seems that Portuguese is a package that is not free. Cannot find a free one anywhere.
