I am getting the Kindle Fire HD WiFi 32GB when released, will your Windows 8 Book still be available to buy to put on my KIndle when I get my new Kindle? Thank you.

YES! (books stay on Amazon once up for sale, right?). I'm not sure, but probably yes.
My suggestion: You should buy it now, and the book will be saved in your account. Then it will available on your kindle when you buy it after it is released. It will show up in your library when you'll sign in to your kindle (amazon) account.
