In a firefox browser. Usually youtube videos run fine but some web pages are slower than others. tv.msn.com is really bad

It happens. I can't stream video at all. Even music sometimes.

You can't really force a lot of sites to load the whole stream before watching it. It is really up to them to decide how it streams when they program the web site.
