I am not sure you can do that. Android uses RISC instructions and the Netbook is x86. But I once installed it in Virtual Box (no idea how they get it to run). But I tell you, it is no fun to run even on a system that was a lot more powerful than a Netbook. Get a Nexus 7. That is cheap and made for Android.
