Yes, I understand this is not free. I downloaded the trial version and wanted to see if I could do it. I have no idea what to do to download. If I can successfully download a movie, I will then purchase the program. In the past I purchased other programs and could not get them to work and therefore I wasted my money. What I hope for is a step by step process to download a movie. As I have stated, I am not computer literate at all. Thank you for any further help.

Carsidetogo, you don't need a download manager, such as Gozilla, to download files. It doesn't hurt, but you could save your money. There are free download managers available, too.

Typically, the procedure to download files is more about the browser and less about the download manager. A website that has files to download, usually has a "Download" button or a "Click here to download" link. After that, the download manager should take over. Do you need more specific help?

T.-ScottW.......................... I sent my request for further help by way of regular inquiry. I did not see this link until after I sent the first e-mail. I cannot download the full movie. When Windows media tries to play it, it says one or more codecs are missing and it will not play. I can play it back on DivX, but only up to the point it recorded, which is usually 300 to 400 megabytes. My grateful thanks for your help Carsidetogo..
