How to download flash games and embed

I would like to download flash games on my home computer and the embed them to my blog so that I can the access them from school does anyone have any suggestions/tutorials

This doesn't quite solve my need I know that I can get those embed codes fairly easily but the problem is that when you go to view those at school then they just appear as white div boxes because the websites they are downloading data from is blocked so I need to know how to download the flash game then upload it to blogger
